Below should be a poll enquiring about The Venus Project tour in Australia, and the possible cities. If you can’t see it then go to it directly.

As you all know The Venus Project will be conducting an international tour in 2010. This tour is going to be a great opportunity for all people to listen to Jacque Fresco and Roxanne Meadows in person and ask any questions you may have.
As part of the organization of this Australian tour, The Venus Project tour team would like to find out how many people are interested in attending lectures throughout the country.
Unfortunately, The Venus Project has time to conduct lectures in a maximum of three states. It has been decided that the three cities that show the most interest will have lectures conducted in the area.
We are asking all Zeitgiest members and any others that are interested in attending one of these lectures to please reply to this post with the state you are located in etc.
The areas with the most interest shown will give us a better idea of the most ideal areas to conduct these lectures as we aim for a maximum turn out to make this fully worth while.
Once the Venues have been booked the tickets will begin sale immediately, more information on this later.
If you would like to help advertising and spreading the word for this tour please contact me.

:EDIT: to answer some of the comments. Sydney will definitely be holding lectures here, Melbourne also seems to have the largest amounts of interest shown as well as Perth.
Three cities is the maximum. Tickets will pay for the cost of the tour along with perhaps selling t-shirts etc. Neither Zeitgeist:THE MOVIE or Zeitgeist:ADDENDUM will be sold , not even to fund the tour. This has been said by Peter Joseph – the director
:end EDIT:

Once again, Stephen Conroy is trying to pull his scheme regardless the overwhelming public opposition to the internet censorship!.
Stephen Conroy has just announced his Government will censor all internet traffic with a mandatory ISP-level filter. While people are memorized with Christmas, it is Stephen Conroy hope that he can pull this off. We need to response to this, and once again defend our privileges and privacy!
This is critical guys, we need to act, pick up your phone, inform your friends to do the same.
Whatever you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it.

Well I didn’t think it was possible but it looks like it is going to happen.
Kevin Rudd has decided to push the internet filter through imposing mandatory ISP internet filtering in Australia, putting us in line with countries such as China and Iran.
What does this mean to us?
Well probably nothing initially, but it sets a precedent for censorship which can span into other areas such as alternate media, anti-establishment movements (such as Zeitgeist), due to the premise that these can lead to ‘domestic terrorism’.
This is a very severe blow to freedom of speech as a basic human right.
You can read up on the plan here:
Also we can see from the following link, that not just sites with ‘dangerous’ content are filtered:
