The Zeitgeist Movement Adelaide Chapter is starting the first Australian based mini RBE community. The community as it is at present can accommodate 10 to 12 people and it is located 30 minutes away from Adelaide CBD by public transport.

The intention is to refine the project and make it self sustainable regarding the production of electricity, water and most food. After this is accomplished, the community will expand to accommodate more people.

Currently the community counts 5 people, and is looking for one or two more members to join the community any time after February 2012. These people would ideally be committed to this project on a long term basis. Skills required within the community include:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• General Construction
• Applied sustainability practices and technologies
• Permaculture
