I&#39;ve worked a lot with proposed legislation and I think similar principles and factors can be considered. The proposal as now is a paragraph &#39;why&#39; and 30 pages of &#39;what&#39;, which is needed yes and good for you to include but for SBS to broadcast something of this volume needs more appeal. Zeitgeist movies are both blunt and criticse existing structures and circumstances that can easily be contextualised as just uneducated social commentary. </p> <p>I&#39;m not saying I agree its uneducated, but I don&#39;t think you&#39;ve done enough to contextualise the content, so when they&#39;re reading the proposal, they&#39;ll make the context themselves, which can easily lead them to misconstrue your intent and play-off the production.
