    hello BB future chapter members.
for a chapter to be recognized as official you guys need:

a organizer - who will be the main contact person
the same organizer needs to attend the organizers Ts meetups or notify of his absence.
the chapter has to use chapters.zeitgeistaustralia.org as their main platform.

i can still thou add a BB chapter into chapters.zeitgeistaustralia.org, that will give you guys ground to start some projects and organize yourself to the best of your abilities. - should i do that ?

Perhaps until your BB group has an organiser, try joining the Australian Master Group. This will help to keep you informed and connected.

Is anyone out there interested in being an organiser for a BB/NR ZM chapter???

earth care, people care and fair share.

The A.M.G. sounds the most viable - due to no member interest in the Mullumbimby 120 acres
which is not yet purchased. Given 5 interested buyers that is reversed.

No delays with 5 survey plan community titles ( bank mortgage available to the first 5 )

Meanwhile work on the hillslope residential 12.7 acres on Sunshine Coast dominated (operational works OPW , pre-approved).
This land is owned, walk to all transport ( incl Brisbane trains ) and is completely flood free top-of-hill position.

Dowell, lets speak with TATE after 11th in Byron @ buddah Bar or Brunswick Cafe , I am in UKI Sat 11th
at the Sphinx Cafe on Sunday (pop in if hot & sunny) or if overcast, i be @ Nimbin playin chess with Max.

If TATE is good with books, then she may take on BB - and we could look at ReGenesis, besides regen ( which is expensive) I have another offering in Byron , though very select on that one.

I looked on the Atrium site, and as with all java applications , and any social oriented platforms, it feeds out far too much data from my precious harddrive. I clocked 2 MB just to the first page, and 3 links later was at 5 MB , just to disply a few lines of text - Nah , I dont wish to upload my contact database, if you fix it by disabling the bot technology, and block user O/S from bot transactions, maybe I change, for now much prefer the honest experience on zeit-australia.org so I stay with A.M.G. Thanks David

The BB land is central , and plans to operate as an international academy - planned timeshares for sale - though open to zeit workshops (among government sponsored others) of up to 30 , and duration of up to 3 months. I am still negotiating , if someone wants 9 acres of this beachfront for $1M, yea thats freehold..
they get part of the clubhouse, and get tobe a boardmember ... you wont be bored, or I give you the other 11 acres, this is the largest beachfront holding, no misprint, no koala bears. Help youth standout in this age, not the next iceage.
So this makes a great springboard 'working holiday' experience, at no expense to selected team members.

Expect to hear more about it soon - our initial project there, as I announced in another thread is portable housing , that is except the toilet. Who wants to pack a brick shithouse anyways ?
This is smart technology able to fund communities - and thats where 50% of the profit is going, not 1% like the slack multi-nationals - 50%. And I dont mind which property the teams decide to buy , it does not have to be Mullum , as I said , corporate thinking wins without the greed of money.

While I am determined to start a Byron Chapter , once my legal work calms a bit, I don't blame most in thinking a beachfront is right out there ( no road to cross ) For those willing to acquire this at a price just over $100,000 PER ACRE - now is the time to act .. Lawyers are secure property conveyors,

Understand 1 title , only dev possible is Tourism. So its a permanent holiday ...

Mullum looks SOLD or off the market , as I called REGENESIS ( anne ) on her land line , and its disconnected .. so much for the agent reporting back, although there was no rush of buyers ..
Does look like the only $ is coming from the stockmarket , if they went short last week ..

Theres another site near 7 mile beach Either way, they represent something out of the ordinary , But both need investment , but not so much to make it ludicrous. The 100 acres ( 3 Km beach) could get for $800K - the beachfront ( has DA ) is $1.1M per 9 acres :- )
This economic climate is doing it...

Go out west and still pay this sort of money for good land.

For anything away from the beaches , N Rivers is preferred of course, just not these lots , IF they have any appeal. I have around $1M in caried forward losses to offset taxes, for the wealthy out there ...
And Ballina Council are happy for a theme park , I am thinking a skating academy, or anything you can afford to put on it .. so a community title may not be so hard , around 60% cleared.
