    Hey all,

In the first Zeitgeist, The Movie... Regarding the US court case of Jerome Daly verses the First National Bank the story ends with,,,

"The implications of this 1969 ruling are IMMENSE - for every time time you borrow money from a bank - whether it is a mortgage loan or a credit card charge. The money givin to you was not only counterfeit - it is an illegitimate form of Consideration - and hence voids the contract to repay for the bank never had the money as property to begin with."

Peter Joseph also points out that,,,"Unfortunately such legal realizations are suppressed and ignored,,," Now I can I understand why the banks want this suppressed....I have two credit cards to the total of around 8 grand that I have been payin interest on for the last 10 years...

My big question to the forum is??? Has any person here in the Australian Zeitgeist movement ever challenged the bank over this illegitimate contract (unless I'm the only dope with a CC)? If there is I would really like to know the outcome?

If there is not and the same US ruling of "Illegitimacy" applies to the banks in the land of OZ,,, then we should consider a national day support and refuse to repay the banks on the basis of this illegitimate form of Consideration....(we can start with credits cards Our strength is in our numbers!!

I look forward to a reply?

    Cheers, Grant.

love the implication, get a massive loan, buy lots of land and never pay up.
    problems:
1: Australian money is very diffrent from US, mainly beacuse of there war for independance freed them from the banking system, but in 1913 (by memory) a bill was passed (ilegally) to give controll back to the same bankers they had freed themselves from. i.e the war was fought for nothing.

2: the banks, goverment and everyone with invested intressed would kick you'r ass for trying something like that. i realy don,t think you would get away with it this day and age.

but i could be wrong. good luck on it though.

the want's of the few out weigh the need's of the many
