ok so we have as per the meeting looked at the possibility of having the meeting in 2 places, one less formal and the other being the proper agenda.

also to note the time will stay the same for both places, ie PAWS from 6-9pm and the same for remida. The first hour will always be the time for informal conversation.

do you pay for the old venue and for the new one?
If no for both, then idk. If no for the new one only, then move
how far from the station/buss top and what bus stop line - how convinient is the new place transport wize.
why the proposition?

dont pay for either,
both are approx the same distance from public transport, and both have ample parking
the proposition is to make a clear space that is designed for meetings, with all the facility's required such as projector, white board, desks with chairs, free internet.
