Hi to all, I am very new to posts in fact this is my first pretty much anywhere. I would like to reccomend that we approach as many people with DVD duplicators as possible commercial or not and firstly show them what its about and let them decide if they can help. I dont believe we should expect them to pay for it all however thay may provide the means to mass produce the DVDs. secondly approach DVD Disk manufacturers or computer stores and replicate the above for the DVDs and mailers, Do the same for distribution of the disks in Adelaide we have Salmat and PMP and others whom deliver all the junk mail pamphlets. You and your family and the members can hand out in or near shopping malls, wear the T-Shirts if you have them. Remember You can always make your own materials to get the message out. Having trouble getting a duplicator on board then check with your members to whom has a DVD burner and share the load around maybe you all burn ten or twenty a week each. Computer shops or manufacturers not helping out the try chipping in a few bucks each when you meet it will add up and eventually you will be buying disks attracting more people to chip in,burn and distribute. Give the public libraries free copies of the movies so that they can loan them out Dont forget to make covers for them. Give Video Libraries Free copies to loan out it doesnt matter if they charge or not the word needs to get out there. Go speak about it at your community radio and television station. GO HARD FOR THE MASS AUDIENCE. COLLECT EMAIL ADDRESSES & MOBILE NUMBERS IF NOT FOR NOW THEN LATER. STAND ON THE SIDE OF A FREEWAY WITH A BIG SIGN AND THE WEB ADDRESS WEAR A COSTUME EVEN BETTER. Have fun and lets all enjoy saving the world. Feels like Kick Ass for real!

I agree with you Lasher, yes we do live in the most isolated city on the planet and it definitely shows. I have been thinking and talking about these issues for quite a number of years from the time I first watched Mike Rupperts documentary "The Truth and Lies of 9/11". Since that time I have watched many documentary films about what's really going on in this world, and read numerous books on this subject matter. During the last seven years I have tried to voice these issues and the paramount importance that they have to our very future but with mixed results. I have found most people to be mildly receptive to the information, but most just stare with an ignorant look on their faces waiting for me to go away so that they can get back to what they were doing. I have been called a conspiracy theorist many a time and no matter how logical and reasoned my argument, they just smirk and the expression on their faces tells me that my words are bouncing off a brick wall.

I like your enthusiasm and energy to do something proactive. I don't know how effective giving out DVD's in the city would be. I have a feeling that many people would take this gesture as another marketing ploy and simply throw them into the nearest bin, but hey if one in ten were to hold on to their copy and actually watch it, this would be a positive step forward. I have actually started doing something along these lines, but a little more discreetly. I purchase blank DVD's, make copies of the Zeitgeist films and then distribute these into peoples letterboxes. So far I have distributed several hundred around Wembley, Glendalough and Mount Hawthorn. My thinking is that if only ten percent of these people actually watch the films and take something from them, then I have successfully planted some new seeds in a few peoples minds. With any luck they will start talking to their friends, family and work collegues about this subject and maybe we will see the Perth Zeitgeist community start to grow.

To all those who know and care, keep up the good work.
