All the people in Queensland need help and there is no help available. obviously the govrernment wont help. i heard on the radio the other day, a guy saying 'this will end up helping the economy'... get fucked this guy thinking about getting money out of this flood. if you were not covered by floods in your insurance what's there to do? struggle your way back up or create a self sustaining community/city. talk with flood damaged house owners about changing it all. changing the lives of their kids who are already traumatized from this horrible disaster.
i'm 16 and i plan on changing it all and if i can think this way i'm certain anyone can. we obviously need the whole society to change. take the health system for example. the health system would hate it if a cure was found (which it probably has) for diseases when they can make so much money from a cure not being discovered.
do something about thing. don't just thinka about it changing itself. tell everyone about a new, fresh start.

    I agree buddy,
If you can promote Zeitgeist as much as you can with your fellow brizvagas'ers
    Talk with your friends,

The Youth of today, are the leader's of our tomorrow.

With out support from younger people it will be hard to change any thing.
Also look out, because I have heared some 7/11's and small shop owner's are charging 10 times the price for items from their shops, like 10 dollars for a loaf of bread

I dont buy in the Flood Disaster Relief bullshit myself. If you add up the 'money' they all claim to have raised it totals more than a million dollars/person. Something tells me they aint going to get a million each.

Speaking of bullshit millions/billions and now even trillions its all utter none-sense. Complete crap.

here is an example of bullshit govt figures...

THE TOP 8 RECIPIENTS OF THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT'S AID DOLLARS FROM 2010-2011

    Indonesia - $ 458.7 million

    Papua New Guinea - $ 457.2 million

    Solomon Islands - $ 225.7 million

    Afghanistan - $ 123.1 million

    Vietnam - $ 119.8 million

    Philippines - $ 118.1 million

    East Timor - $ 102.7 million

    Cambodia - $ 64.2 million

TOTAL = $ 1,669 million -to be given away in 52 weeks.

Do you see what I mean??? Its all utter crap, we can apparently afford to throw away 1.6 billion.

Could you possibly imagine what the Solomon Islander would do with 227 million ??? BULLSHIT. And in only 1 year. I have family members that owned a couple of businesses there up until last year and when I told them this they just burst out laughing.

    FUCK THE GOVT.

    Let's do this

You're gunna make an impression, you are also going to find out that Govt stats are a rort, the money goes to private bankers affiliated with the UN , and that means Masons. They usually buy new caterpillars as in D9's D10's to rip up the coastland in those countries to plant palm oil , which if you use google sky can be easily seen. I don't hug koalas, and see some need for cheaper fuel ( palm oil makes diesel cheaper than Shell ) but the lies to steal taxpayers hard earned to do UN dirty work is criminal.

But hey, so is the Fed Reserve in "approving" printing US greenbacks , through loan agreements, based on rersources that f' well don't exist. In fact you will find this whole planet is run amuk with media moguls who steer opinions of honest folk in govt , ( buy the rest ) , have placed their cronies in all decision making offices and generally run the western political machine from super-yachts or boardroom laptops.

The UN is almost unstoppable , the producers of Simpsons , help redesign modern psychology through the Hegelian Dialectic , which remains the most diabolical tool pitted against mankind EVER !

I suggest you download Albert Pike manual ( he was a 33rd degree mason , in charge of the US confeds) Its a 500 page PDF file, remarkably eye-opening. Way back then. Just what do you suppose Rockafella is up to now ? By the way you forgot to include the $1Bill Aust gave Thailand to kill dogs 12 months ago, as $500M
    cash and $500M interest free loan ... W.T.F ???

I realise that this thread is a few months old now but since I am new here and to TZM as a whole I figured I might as well throw my 2cents in.

I've heard numerous stories from many people close to me who I trust and those stories explained that many of the insurance companies we're very vague and quite strict in what they deemed as appropriate flood damage.

According to the stories I've heard there are at least several different ways that the insurance companies define a flood.

This, to me, is quite shocking and disgusting. It churns my stomach to think that these people are paying monetary funds to these companies under a false sense of securities.

Some say that these people "should have known better" "Should have read the T&C's and asked questions" but I disagree. These people are human beings. They are relying on an expert to help them. They are not trained in the insurance industry. It's deception at it's core and it's gut wrenching.

Putting that aside for a moment, I find it truly disgusting that we have to pay money to get money to help us survive. Working endlessly in a broken system, believing that the money we pay is in any way going to help us, only to be denied because the insurance company has a differing view on what they see as "suitable damage" is just rotten.

You are spot on Bazwait, the whole insurance business is a giant rort. And as you point out, what is worse is that people are told that they should have known better, they should have read the fine print, etc, which results in flood victims being re-victimized by insurance companies, and heartless comments making them feel stupid and incompetent.

I actually learned from a person in the industry that many homes, especially the estates (eg; Casuarina Drive, Elanora, QLD) are actually build on flood plains. The site planner can get the work approved by the council so long as they agree to add another layer of top soil and structural reinforcement to the banks so that so land doesn't slide into the lakes they build. This reinforcement is nowhere near enough to last long enough and eventually the land disappears and the structural integrity fades leaving the buildings to collapse.

9 times out of 10 - insurance to these people is not paid.

A little off topic but, while Bazwalt is on the subject of insurance, I've become a little concerned at the increasing number of insurance schemes being advertised by the general media for the sheeple. Most of these companies advertising health/life/death/car/house/income insurance, are underwritten by larger corporate giants and merely a fresh friendly face of the devil we already know. There seems to be a face to cater for every stereo-type in every insurance genre, but ultimately they are all under a singular umbrella.

I fear this country is sliding closer to the Amercan system where health insurance is a necessity for fear of being thrown out the back door of a hospital if not covered, but also a system that will blatently try to deny those same peaple of the services that are trying to insure for. Red tape, fine print, legal loop-holes and extravagantly drawn legal proceedings, if they need to boost profits they simply reject claims by what ever means necissary.

The government wants us all to be insured up the eye-balls so that social/wealth problems become less of a government burden. Ironic that the alternative to public/government services is just as much likely to burden it as it is by itself. The only difference is that the private system puts more money in the pockets of the global elite class, by taking it from those that can barely afford it.
