    Ok, so update,

myself and OffMilkRodeo met up today put a heap of black and white A4 TVP promo
posters up in and around Melbourne University. Not sure how long they will stay up before
some or all are taken down. Although some were put up in designated poster stands/walls/posts, so
hopefully they will last until the event is over.

Just a side note, before taping them up we inserted them into plastic sheet protectors to keep
the rain/weather from ruining them. In the absence of a laminater, it's a pretty cheap
    solution if anyone is interested.

During this week I hope to hit up Monash university Clayton campus which is close to me. My
printer however has run out of ink, I'm looking into getting a super cheap refill kit to fix
that issue. If anyone has any experience on printer cartridge refills and inexpensive printing
    techniques please share.

    exellent - great work man!

great to see people just popping out of he woodwork doing exactly what its needed to be done - without any 'elite orders. thats how people in TVP society will function!

and if it goes to legality - as long as the posters are not stuck on private property - its fine.

thou sticking them on private property is illegal - no case has ever been filed so far.

I can probably go.. I would want to go to the Sydney part of the tour. But Im not sure about paying beforehand, will I be able to purchase a ticket to enter the venue on the day?

Thanks for the encouragement, it was a great exercise. Unfortunately my printer ran out of ink and I ordered refills which arrived. After refilling though they were still showing up empty and the printer didn't like it. So I've had to order a cartridge chip resetter to fix that. So the short of it is I haven't been able to print and distribute any more. That will hopefully change next week when that problem is fixed.

If this works, then my printing costs should be roughly less than a third and it would be feasible to print and distribute posters and leaflets en mass. I will share my experiences with the forums when I have been successful.

As mentioned in the 'exposure' forum I have emailed a few tv programs to interview TVP team when they are here but have not heard back yet. I think newspapers would be good to hit up too. I have taken a 'if it happens it happens' approach to this.

    Greetings,
I am a fan of the Venus project and all it stands for however I just had to register to write a response to the post regarding costs of bringing TVP Tour to Australia. Why Business Class flights? Isn't that rather ironic? Please excuse my cynicism but why aren't 5-star hotels on the agenda as well? I find this rather intruiging that's all.

Hey Wolferl, I believe that because Jacque is quite frail he needs to be able to sleep etc or it messes him up for days.

He does a lot of travelling in recent times. probably takes its toll.

    Hope your doing well

    @Wolferl

Jacque sleeps 12 hrs, and he cant sleep in economic class flights. So business class flights where booked whenever applicable.

as far as i know, interstate travels here in au where only booked between perth and Sydney, and ofc from sydney to Tokyo

Thank-you for your edification! Much obliged. If I could contribute to this cause I would but unfortunately I am not in the position (financially) to do so. A new dawn is dawning and I am very excited about our future. For now though, totally in love with the Now. Remember that guy that once said "The meek shall inherit the earth"? Those words have never made more sense to me.
