Here we can discuss about the transition of change.
I think we should not only try to convince friends and family but also try convincing people you may know who's in the army and the police force, authority jobs like that because if we don't do that then one day if the movement get's too big the rich elite will most likely bring out those forces to stop us, they'll treat us like criminals, who knows what they'll do with all of us.
So if we also have people who works for the authority on our side then we may have a chance to make the world a better place for all.
