    Hello All,

For good research to-days society see http://better-management.org

I would like to see a new World financial structure. Firstly by introducing this in Australia and making it a success other Countries would follow.

The end result would be a World without money based on ideas set forward by Jacques Fresco and Roxanne Meadows in The Venus Project.

The first step would be done via an Australian Government research grant without fuss or fanfare.

Also the Australian government would convert the taxation to One Fair Taxation System

A part of this project would for the Federal Government to provide an area of land which would be structured by unemployed people to bring about a small 10,000 people society where no money existed just trade for services and goods in and out.

Initially the 10,000 people for the first 12 month would be supported by the Federal Government receive the dole until production was at a level of self sufficiency.

The people would design an construct a small town which was eventually be totally self sufficient and for their labour each person would get a free house car and all other requirements to live a stress free life.

The community would have ultra efficient roads that created the electricity, cars that ran on water, Rubbish recycling that produced diesel fuel and materials for road making. Sims metal type plant to produce steel, Farms to produce meat milk and food Hospitals Police Assistance station and more.

A bank to control money from the sale of goods and trade with outside communities and Australian State and Federal Government and other Countries.

Eventually when Australia was full of self sufficient cities. Banks would be taken over by the Commonwealth Government
and money lent at no interest if needed.

A special Australian currency would be available for overseas trade and internal transition. Banks would be government owned and no money would be allowed to be earned from money. No stock exchange investment advisers, banks or insurance companies will be needed.

All jobs that do not produce goods or required other than essential services would be fazed out.

I'm sure anyone reading this can add ideas but you should get the concept by now.

Hi rexidexie, you have presented some great thoughts on the transitional.

Technology gathers knowledge faster than society gathers wisdom. Isaac Asimov

I feel this present system of societal governance can be changed from the inside and can be done peacefully. It may take some time to allow people to adjust to those changes. Sharing the knowledge of how we can make the transitional steps is fundamental to its continued success.

We talk about the transition as a means to get from here to there, fact is we will always be in the transition stage as this is the emergent force at work.

The transition will make many current departments and divisions unnecessary, depending on speed of the change, large areas of opportunities in new tech directions will exist for people in the phasing out of redundant departments, how many spouses and children would feel more secure knowing their loved ones who presently work as military, police and many public figures, were safe from senseless harm, you only have to look at the resources and personal grief to know why the health systems in most countries are over run with needless human destruction.

How many people on this planet would vote to end all war and crime, an honest vote from all who are able to agree or disagree. What would theses figures tell us?. Idealistically for now, what if some one was to introduce a world voting poll in the internet to gage world opinion on various publicly submitted questions. We may be shocked by the results. hey crime was voted in, oh damn ! that is only one of the dilemmas of the democratic system of governance, we may as individuals, most likely have not the experience make the best decisions on any policy, even large groups can make bad decisions if they are not aware of all available knowledge.

The transition will make us more in tune with our responsibility for our actions, insurance is big business and the legal departments are also beneficiaries of others misfortune.

Pass legislation to allow the creation of an experimental housing provision to allow homes to be build by owner occupiers who would submit reports on how the dwelling performs all this info would be added to another data base for public use,

Wisdom comes from learning & experience, up training will be ongoing. Education has always been the key, the way is clear. can we keep the emergent from turning into an emergency?. Put violent behaviour into a cyber state away from those who do not want to be involved. the drug of choice for violent behaviourist is the adrenalin fix there are many ways to bring an adrenalin rush that don't necessarily impact on the unwilling bystander e.g. paintball, bungy, open cockpit flying, car/bike racing, and so on, constant safety upgrades to all these pursuits would be needed to reduce injury and death, until we get it right.

Massive amounts of education is needed to make the changes that will save this planet from any possible demise.

If the crisis does not exist hey we have just made some real world improvements on the way.

earth care, people care and fair share.

Some great transitional idea's, I am gradually trying to remove myself from monetary dependance in what ever ways I can, the irony is that my current lack of "money" is slowing me down.

I am not trying to be a pessimist, but I generally believe that the current system is too intricately dependendant on itself for its ways and many peaple are just too conditioned to think outside the box.

ZM and RBE education are intergral in a change ultimately but I think the current system must colapse before the majority start paying attention, and seeking alternatives.

I am presently entering the second week of "Protective Strike Action" with my current employer, its a long story, but ultimately we are bleeding "Laing O'Rourke" to agree to future work contitions and site policies. The unions worked out a long time ago that when they companies start loosing profit and face within the industry, they start listening. The Brisbane airport is a high profile job and each day we picket the site the worse it looks for them.

The best way to stop something is to stop contributing to it.

    Hi guy,

Transitioning a RBE is all I think about now since seeing zietgiest moving forward 12 mouths ago.

Very good point the first step to begin change is an Australian Government research grant indeed. Has anyone started writing an allication for such a grant? Otherwise I will, if we can brainstorm some idea, I quit working because I was feeling angry that just trying to survive by working was immoral and feeds the distruction of everthing and this fuck wrong!!

There may even be legal methods that could by used to force the government to give us section of land to work building a comunity!!

Daniel, the Australian and State governments have the authority to over-rule high court decisions, regardless of legal findings a high court judge can not make a ruling that has been blocked by the government.

The governor general in all Australian governments used to be a mediator in these kind of decisions (the governor general acts on behalf of the Queen), the role was to ensure that laws did not favor one party or the other (the people or the government). Over the last 20 years or so without the knowledge of the Australian people the governor general in all Australian governments has been removed from this position by very low key and underhanded governmental restructuring. (We still have a governor general but the government has decided to relieve the governor general of all of its mediating powers as a representative of the Queen)

Our government now answers to no-one (not even us, the people), and we live in a totalitarian society.

We in fact live in a false commonwealth state. For example police officers, judges and many other government figures in society even the prime minister pledge an oath to the Queen, who in this country is no longer represented, or recognised by the government as head of state.

Any figure of authority who has pledged an oath to the Queen has done so falsely, and falsely in power.
The implications of this go much further and I am not an familiar with the fine details however I am aware of instances of police men dropping charges for minor offenses after being made aware by the perpetrator of their predicament with an oath to the queen.

Sorry this got completely off topic, but information worth looking into, start with the Brigalow corporation, they technically own Queensland and everything in it, including the shirt on my back, and I am by their definition trade stock.
