I have plans for 120 acres in Mullum , there are 10 single acre sites approved. There is a great house, which I plan to extend to Venus Project conferences. So all new community members must have great aspirations to contribute to each other , in helping with ( I have an excavator & loader ) community needs.
This whole event is going to be made into a documentary (in-house production studio) with emphasis on sufficiency (each member has a basic role, which can rotate) ie: growing fruit & vegies , sprouting ,etc..
with a quota ... sounds like a labor camp ? The upside is the entry price, and the personal gains.

Mullum is pricy , $240,000 is typical for 1 acre on C.Title. I ask $140,000. plus council contrib.

And a production studio , earthmoving equip , more technology than a science dept, (electron microscope)
