I'm not sure if anyone knows how things are going to go, but I think we all agree that things will get a lot worse before it gets better. No harm in arming oneself with information for when the time comes to make some big decisions in the future, may as well be informed on all possible scenarios.

I agree. I am doing a few things now to prepare. Setting up my own source food, system to have clean drinking water and my own power source. I cannot help but feel like those guys in 1960's or so when they fear Cuban missile crisis.. Thinking the world is coming to an end.. LOL..

Though the thing I discovered I love most about having my eyes wide opened about the world and how it REALLY works is that I know what REALLY is going on. So when people regurgitate about what they see in main stream media, I question what they have seen..
For example, People saying it is a good thing to get rid of Gaddafi cause he is a terrible person. I question what business is it of the U.N ( really it is just the U.S ) to say what is right or wrong in another person's country.
I also ask, Why did America chose Libya over Egypt or Bahrain to " help " when essentially the people in power were attacking their own citizens ?

Yes I like to stir people from time to time.

I found the film "the revolution trap" a few days ago on

isohunt .....go to the site and do a search its easy to find (unless it gets taken down soon)

The film is a bit of an anti-climax...nothing terribly new that zeitgeisters don't already know, the film simply points out that the main stream celebrity activists only point out problems and don't offer any solutions (Alex Jones in my opinion is by far the worst). They are just telling peaple to go out blindly and protest, which will at some point turn into violence that will allow world powers to bring in marshall law and fascist regime, wich is exactally what they are wanting.

Probably the most interesting thing I found in the film was the background information on Michael Moore, and the ties he has with investers of his more recent films like Sicko and Capitalism a Love Story.

The Revolution Trap is worth a look but your not missing much if you don't see it.

As Zeitgeisters we all no that non-participation in the system and withdrawing yourself from the system in whatever ways we can is the most effective means we have at the moment, and when we can do this as a majority we will begin to see change.

Yeah alex jones is a straw man,

But on the other side he has shown some good evidence as well.
the good thing is to always remember, to think about the information that comes to you.
sit down and analyse it, and come to your own conclusion.

I agree with what you say Phem about Alex Jones, he does present some very good information and his facts are usally correct and valid, but he is renowed for telling peaple to get angry, get mad and start rebeling? The guy is just stiring the pot, offering no solutions what so ever, the Revolution Trap suggests that some of his information is from so far inside some of these organisations that he is being played like a fiddle by the powers. They give him enough to keep him active and angry which is what they want.

For sure, Though I believe in the right for Revolution, I don't believe in violence any more,

Personally when I was younger I was all for the war's until I got away from school, and read up more on history out side of the books that were assigned to me,

And personally I don't want to see Australian's fall into the same trap,
That thinking a bloody Revolution would even work,
Spilling blood only calls on martial law faster,

    -Offtopic
here in Australia, I have found it srsly hard to find people who would be even willing
to think that The Venus Project would even work..
and seeing the Youth today following the same line as I saw the people around me follow when I was growing up. Piss's me off a little.

Wnen I first saw a seminar on the ZM, RBE and TVP, I quickly realised it would take a paradym shift for this to happen and using money in the process would create a paradox.

The essence of all conversations within the Aus ZM forums is about finding ways to show more people about what can be achieved in a RBE. " Getting the word out there."

I would assume most people in Aus are well off enough to not be interested in learning about a RBE, or so blindly entrenched that making changes is not an option.

    Target audience.

At the moment the only people that are already fed up with this MBE are the ones interested to find better ways, most of them are poor. There would be a lot of centerlink people that would boost member numbers and donate some time to hand out Flyers, DVDS, etc. These are the people that are in the front line and if the money economy collapses their numbers will increase proportionately with the downturn. These are the people we need to educate for their survival before they are desperate and resort to crime to survive.

    Looking for feedback.

earth care, people care and fair share.

The paradigm shift requires us to radically contract into a conserver society, get over our ‘Affluenza' quick smart, and embrace frugality as a moral obligation. If we don't get tough on ourselves, the world will get even tougher on us as the consequences of inaction or insufficient action take their toll.

That does sound like a very good theory man! And I wouldn't put it past em either!
I'm open minded to any posibility about how the New World Order is gonna happen, well I kinda believe that it's already here now only it's not fully implemented.
