I can only see 3 options, the second one being my preference, because I believe it can be done peacefully.
Otp' 1. Faith in destiny? Do nothing, fail to plan and see what happens.
Opt' 2. Emergent Method?. Change it from within, using what we have, as we are already here, with the cooperation of a well informed population.
That requires education in thoery and pratical application. Learning centers, and yes this will require money to establish and a Not for Profit organisation has my vote, as a vehicle to set up learnig centers.
Permaculture has taken 30yrs to get some sort of world acceptance, It has grown slowly, but peacefuly, working within the established society, dispite loads of redtape and bureaucratic hold ups. No lives were lost and many have been changed for good. This method has shown to work, are be it slow.Consider this, for a kick start, 1,000 Aus members all donate $100 to the Aus Zeitgeist members Not for Profit organisation.
100k becomes available to set in place a deposite on an agreed parcel of land, of course the location of that land would have to be decided by the needs of the people and the resources available. As a NFP org' interest on loans maybe tax deductable, more ironey. We would have to find an ethical finnancer, accountant, lawyer, etc, preference to ZM members or supporters of course. I don't have the expertise to organise what's required but I could definitely contribute in time and donations.
Or 100k could get TVP founders over here to help set up a learning center . Many options can be discussed.
Due to the disparity of memebers finnances, some may contribute their own time instead, in a way that takes advantage of their knowledge and skills base and helps TZM and the TVP.
Opt' 3. High impact, high risk?. Large scale demonstrations that disrupt peoples lives and create divisions, and in the extreme, place many peoples lives at risk, along with mass distuction of the resouces that support us.
At the moment we have all 3 in place and the focus is divided, a meeting of the minds would help with the best direction. Risk assessment is a valuable tool.
We need to research the various ways to structure the organisation, that makes smart use of a failing system to change/fix it.

option #2 obviously is the one we should be going down, end of the day you can't win a game by refusing to play,
it's something i looked into doing with my "resource grouping" project,
ideally though before anything can happen people need to start meeting up live , forums are too slow,if i set-up a chat-room on a private site would we be able to get some people into to it to actually discuss this kind of thing,

not all of us have good enough net connections/microphones,
last time i tried to connect to it , it was offline for nearly a week

I think our focus should be more about changing a flawed system than beating or defeating an enemy.
Soon as you declare an enemy you have the focus on winning a battle rather than the main focus implementing change.
Offering alternatives give people a choice to choose, declaring war takes away choice, once you enter the game of war you have lost your main focus. stopping war with war is adding fuel to the fire.
The battle field has slowed real progress in humanity and wasted valuable resources, we need to grow up because I think Jacque Fresco is right "This shit has to go".
The focus should be on Building support for an RBE. Beating people through fighting does not gain support for your cause, in fact it is proven to only cause division which feeds the war machine.
Postive Inteligent thought has been humanities best tool for change.
Treat people like fools and they will be offended and you have started the process of war.
Give people the options to improve thier lives and let them decide.
We have been conditioned to be defensive when challenged instead of meeting the challenge with positive inteligent discussion.
Present the facts and let people make well informed decisions as it is their free choice.
If your means of improving yourself comes through the destruction of resources, death and fear. Forced victory over your brothers and sisters is shallow.
