I found it hard to find anything like this myself, so whipped up a simple ring tone for myself, figured i should share in case anybody else wants it.
The file contains 2 11 second sound files (mp3 && m4r) the m4r if for iPhone users (simply double click it to add to your ring tone library then sync to phone and set to ring tone).
