Hey there!

The next organizers’ meeting is coming up soon – details are:

• Date: Sunday – 15th
• Time: 6pm-8pm EST
• Location: Teamspeak – Zeitgeist Australia room

This meeting will be open to the public, meaning that anyone can listen in. However, as is also the case with international meetings, only coordinators/representatives will be able to speak during the meeting due to time constraints (with 11,000 members it has the potential to get chaotic!), although if there is low traffic others will get a chance. Once the business part of the meeting is over (8pm) there will be ample opportunity for all present at the meeting to continue their discussion and chip in their 2-cents’ worth, so those who did not have a chance to speak before can do so then
